Dixon May Fair, the Petaluma Chili Cook-off, and Desert Tortoise Days are some of the events listed on californiafairsandfestivals.com for this weekend. The Dixon May Fair was the first fair I worked for and is still one of my favorite venues. If you visit the May Fair, take a side-trip to UC Davis and visit the Whole Earth Festival where you can recharge your good karma! See you there!
