Gilroy may have the Garlic Festival, but the home of the San Benito County Fair is in Hollister. The fair opens Friday October 1st and closes Sunday the third. Talkin'Turkey, Turkey Vultures that is at the Kern River Valley Turkey Vulture Festival on 9/25. The turkey vultures are migrating through CA and they gather in the thousands in Kern County.
